Request support

For app support, account access, password reset help, or workflow questions, contact the ImportFlow support team at support@terazio.com.

When requesting support, include your name, username or work email, device type, app version, and a short description of the issue.

Account and login help

ImportFlow accounts are created only for approved staff and manager users. If you cannot log in, use the password reset option in the app or email support@terazio.com to verify your account status.
