ImportFlow Privacy Policy

ImportFlow is a private workflow tool operated by Dow Jones For General Trading Co. for authorized business users. ImportFlow includes the hosted dashboard, mobile app, and browser extensions used to manage product capture, tasks, order workflows, and store draft workflows.
Information ImportFlow handles
- Account and work information entered by authorized users, such as names, usernames, email addresses, task notes, order notes, and workflow status updates.
- Selected supplier or store content, such as product image URLs, image files, product page links, product details, and notes entered by the user.
- Operational information needed to provide the service, such as login sessions, browser extension settings, mobile app access to the hosted dashboard, and basic diagnostic data.
How information is used
Information is used only to provide the ImportFlow workflow requested by the authorized user, including managing product capture, tasks, orders, dashboard access, browser extension actions, mobile app access, and store draft workflows.
Data sharing
ImportFlow does not sell user data. ImportFlow does not transfer user data for advertising, creditworthiness, lending, or purposes unrelated to the ImportFlow workflow.
Data storage
Browser extension settings may be stored locally in the browser. Mobile app sessions may be stored on the device by the operating system or web runtime. Data sent to the ImportFlow dashboard is stored only as needed for the business workflow, and access is limited to authorized users.
Data deletion requests
Authorized users may request account or workflow data deletion through the ImportFlow administrator for Dow Jones For General Trading Co. The administrator can review the request, remove user accounts, and delete or retain business workflow records according to company operational, legal, and security requirements.
